Upon final payment to Vortex Media, all copyright of the developed site
transfers to the client. This is a less than common trait found amongst web
developers. Vortex Media pride themselves in that we believe you, the
client should have ownership to work that you have paid for. One of the
major complaints we receive from clients is for work done previously by
other developers holding them to ransom over minor changes required of their
site.
It should also
be noted here that Vortex Media are unable to update, alter or change work
in sites where copyright has been maintained by the previous developer. In
these situations, a complete overhaul of the existing site must be performed
or written permission from the previous developer sighted before updates can
progress.
