Vortex Media are able to facilitate domain
registrations for our clients with no applicable fees other than the
registrars service charges.

Website Maintenance

Website
maintenance is based on 6 monthly agreement where minor changes required of your
site may be completed without the need to engage in long tiresome agreement
debates. Pricing, staff changes, product changes and weekly / monthly specials
are examples of areas covered under maintenance agreements.
Vortex
Media guarantee that all maintenance requests covered under the maintenance
agreement will be completed and uploaded to the Client Web Hosting Account
within 48 Hours of receipt where
maintenance requests are received during normal working hours (Mon-Fri 9am til
5pm excluding public holidays) in writing or via email. All details of the
requested maintenance task must be provided. (Any notification after midday
Friday will be deemed received at 9am the following Monday).

Flash

Flash is the name of a widely used
animation program and our developers are advanced in its use. Flash can
encompass navigation, small movies or entire sites even complete CD Rom
presentations, forms and database connectivity. Our portfolio links demonstrate
many flash characteristics although it is not the entirety of what has been
produced for our clients. It is important for the developer to maintain file
size integrity as website page loading times can be increased without careful
consideration and customers can switch off and go to a competitor’s faster
loading website. Search engines do not read flash content and unless your site
is heavily promoted or already well established in the market place it is vital
that it contain intelligently positioned HTML text that is content specific for
